Description:FRETS-25Met (1 umol) (1umol) is a peptide that binds to the beta2-adrenergic receptor. It is a high purity, research tool and can be used for binding studies as well as for inhibition of the receptor. FRETS-25Met (1 umol) (1umol) has been shown to bind to the beta2-adrenergic receptor with an affinity of 5 nM and an IC50 of 1.6 uM. This peptide has also been shown to act as a potent agonist in stimulating cAMP production in CHO cells expressing the beta2-adrenergic receptor.
