OPC-28326 is a ligand that binds to the beta 2 adrenergic receptor, inhibiting binding of the agonist methoxamine to this receptor and thereby blocking signaling downstream from this receptor. It also inhibits binding of the agonist isoprenaline to the beta 1 adrenergic receptor.
