Product Information
Inarigivir Soproxil is a viral replication inhibitor that targets the nucleocapsid protein of the virus. The drug inhibits viral replication by binding to the RNA strand, which blocks the synthesis of viral proteins and thus prevents the virus from reproducing. This drug binds to the viral RNA strand, preventing it from being translated into proteins. Inarigivir Soproxil has been shown to be effective against hepatitis A, B, and C viruses as well as HIV-1 strains that do not have a protease mutation. It has also shown efficacy in treating hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection in patients who are co-infected with HIV-1.
