Product Information
MTI-31 is a synthetic, orally bioavailable small molecule that binds to the regulatory domain of the GRP78 protein. MTI-31 has been shown to have antiproliferative effects in vitro and in vivo by inhibiting the activity of the protein synthesis machinery. It also suppresses tumor growth and induces an antitumor response. MTI-31 interacts with pd-l1, a receptor for phosphatidylserine, which has been implicated in cancer cell proliferation and apoptosis. The kinase domain of MTI-31 inhibits tumor growth by preventing cellular proliferation and inducing apoptosis.
