The ligand has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of cardiac hypertrophy and fibrosis when used in vivo. This drug has been found to have low toxicity, with no significant alteration of body weight or food intake. The ligand was also found to be an inhibitor of cardiac hypertrophy and fibrosis when used in vivo. 4-(1H-Pyrazol-4-yl)benzoic acid exhibits high thermal stability, with its melting point being higher than 300°C. Although it is not soluble in water, it can be dissolved in organic solvents such as DMSO and DMF. The achievable linker for this compound is a carboxylic ester or amide bond.BR>BR>
