Product Information
CK-666 is a small molecule that inhibits the Arp2/3 complex and actin filament formation. It was originally developed as an anti-cancer agent, but has also shown potential for use in fertility treatments. CK-666 is selective for colorectal adenocarcinoma cells, inhibiting their growth by blocking the actin cytoskeleton. This compound has been shown to be a low potency inhibitor of the Arp2/3 complex, but does have some inhibitory effects on other cancer cell lines, such as Caco-2 cells.
