Product Information
Zanzalintinib is an ion channel inhibitor that blocks the activity of voltage-gated sodium channels. It is a potent and selective inhibitor of HER2 (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2) with IC50 values of 1.8 nM and 4.7 nM, respectively. Zanzalintinib has been used as a research tool to study protein interactions, such as interactions between HER2 and its ligands or other proteins in the cell. Zanzalintinib has also been shown to inhibit the proliferation of many cancer cells in vitro, including breast cancer cells, pancreatic cancer cells, colon cancer cells, and melanoma cells. This drug inhibits tumor growth by inhibiting angiogenesis through inhibition of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 activation in vitro.
Zanzalintinib has high purity and can be obtained at 98% pure from Sigma-Aldrich Corp., St Louis MO 63178 USA or other manufacturers listed below
