Description

Sitoindoside I is a glycoside that has immunomodulatory activity. It has been shown to improve the environment of the intestines and enhance the absorption of other compounds. Sitoindoside I also has antidiabetic activity, which may be due to its ability to inhibit glucose uptake by cells. It can also be used as a diagnostic agent for plants and animals.
