Eleclazine is a pharmaceutical drug that is used to treat a variety of diseases. It mainly affects the heart by increasing the intracellular calcium concentration, which leads to an increase in cardiac contractility. Eleclazine is activated by esterases and hydrolyzes into atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP).
