Description:Razaxaban is an organic solution that belongs to the class of inhibitors and binds to the active site of thrombin, which is a protein involved in blood clotting. Razaxaban inhibits blood coagulation by preventing conversion of fibrinogen into fibrin by inhibiting thrombin formation.
