Product Information

Name:
FL 411
Description:

FL 411 is a potent inhibitor of bromodomain, a protein that plays an important role in the regulation of gene expression. FL 411 has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells and reduce the inflammatory response in patients with inflammatory bowel disease. It also inhibits viral replication by interacting with viral bromodomains. In addition, FL 411 is effective against cancer cells that have become resistant to conventional chemotherapy treatments. This drug has been shown to suppress tumor growth and proliferation by blocking the activation of protein kinase A (PKA) and subsequent phosphorylation of downstream targets such as growth factor-dependent protein kinases or amp-activated protein kinase (AMPK). It also reduces oxidative stress and inflammation by inhibiting reactive oxygen species production.
