It also produces antidyskinetic effects in animals and nonhuman primates, with minimal side effects. DUN71755 is not selective for the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, however, as it also binds to muscarinic acetylcholine receptors, which may be responsible for its observed side effects such as bradycardia and hypotension.
