Product Information
PCNA I1 is a trimeric protein that is composed of three identical subunits. It is a component of the DNA replication machinery and plays an important role in the regulation of DNA synthesis, cell growth, and tumorigenesis. PCNA I1 has been shown to have inhibitory effects on tumor cells by stabilizing DNA replication and inhibiting tumor cell proliferation. It also inhibits tumor cell autophagy. The validation and inhibition of tumor cells by PCNA I1 has been confirmed in vitro with mouse models.
