Product Information

Name:
ML-335
Description:

ML-335 is a pathological agonist of the mu-opioid receptor that binds to the L and M receptors. It has been shown to be effective in reducing opioid use, as well as symptoms such as pain relief and reduced anxiety. ML-335 also has a heteromeric binding affinity for the delta-opioid receptor and may be useful for treating other types of pathological pain such as chronic pancreatitis. The pharmacological effects of ML-335 have been studied on heteromeric opioid receptors, which are composed of two or more different opioid receptor subtypes.
ML-335 is an analgesic that binds to these receptors, but does not activate them by itself. It can be used to focus on certain opioids and their effects, while blocking other opioids from activating the receptors.
