Product Information

Name:
Sertindole-d4
Description:

Sertindole-d4 is an anticancer drug that has been shown to inhibit the growth of human and Chinese cancer cells. It acts as a potent inhibitor of kinases, which are enzymes that play a key role in cell division and tumor growth. Sertindole-d4 induces apoptosis, or programmed cell death, in cancer cells by disrupting the balance between pro- and anti-apoptotic proteins. This drug is an analog of dabigatran, a kinase inhibitor used to treat blood clots. Sertindole-d4 has also been shown to inhibit the activity of formoterol, a drug used to treat asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). This drug can be detected in urine samples and may have potential for the treatment of various types of cancer.
