Product Information
ISA-2011B is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the prostate-specific antigen (PSA) receptor and inhibits the growth of prostate cancer cells. The binding of ISA-2011B to the PSA receptor results in inhibition of cell proliferation, induction of apoptosis, and decreased angiogenesis in vitro. ISA-2011B has been shown to be effective against mouse PCa models, inhibiting tumor growth and metastasis. ISA-2011B also prevents autoimmune diseases by blocking the effects of ganetespib, a lipid kinase inhibitor that causes inflammation. ISA-2011B is being developed for treatment of cancer patients who are resistant to other therapies.
