N-(3-(5-((3-Acrylamido-4-(morpholine-4-carbonyl)phenyl)amino)-1-methyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridin-3-yl)-2-methylphenyl)-4-(tertbutyl)benzamide (NUZENETIDE™) is a potent and selective tyrosine kinase inhibitor that is being investigated for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. In vitro studies have shown that NUZENETIDE™ potently inhibits the activity of more than 30 different tyrosine kinases at submicromolar concentrations. The molecule has been shown to be reversible and covalent in its inhibition of these kinases. Clinical development is ongoing.
