1-Phenylcyclopropanesulfonamide (PCPS) is a drug that binds to the P2Y12 receptor and inhibits platelet aggregation. PCPS also has antithrombotic properties, and has been shown to inhibit collagen-induced platelet aggregation. This drug also binds to the P2Y12 receptor with high affinity, but it does not have any effect on agonist-mediated responses.
