Mal-AMCHC-OSu inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells by binding to EGFR on the cell surface, blocking its activation. This drug also has an inhibitory effect on the growth of bladder cancer cells by interfering with the production of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and erythropoietin (EPO).
