Product Information
SR33805 is a synthetic compound that belongs to the class of selective estrogen receptor modulators. It has shown to stimulate muscle cell proliferation in vitro and in vivo, but does not stimulate breast tissue growth. SR33805 also induces a decrease in intracellular calcium levels and induces microgliosis, which may be due to its ability to regulate the production of growth factors. The selective estrogen receptor modulator SR33805 has been shown to inhibit human breast cancer cells from proliferating by blocking the α1 subunit of the estrogen receptor.
