Description:
PAMP-12 is a potent and selective inhibitor of the ion channels TRPC1 and TRPC5. PAMP-12 also inhibits the activation of TRPC1 by peptides that bind to the receptor, thereby blocking the influx of calcium ions into cells. PAMP-12 has been shown to inhibit Ligand-induced calcium fluxes in human and porcine erythrocytes. PAMP-12 can be used as a research tool for cell biology, pharmacology, and neuroscience.
