Description:CPI 203 is an inhibitor of the protein polymerase chain. It blocks the progression of cells in the G2 phase of the cell cycle, preventing them from entering mitosis. This drug also inhibits viral replication by binding to and inhibiting cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs), which are enzymes that regulate cellular division and proliferation. In addition, CPI 203 has been shown to inhibit cyclin D2, a regulator of G2/M transition and DNA damage repair. This product can be used for cancer treatment as well as for other diseases such as viral infections, diabetes, or Alzheimer's disease.
