Product Information
TRi-1 is a cytosolic protein that is involved in the regulation of the β-lactamase gene. TRi-1 has been shown to be a target for chemical pesticides and auranofin, which are used to treat sclerotinia. TRi-1 also plays an important role in tumor xenografts and cancer treatments by inhibiting the growth of tumor cells. The anticancer potential of TRi-1 has been demonstrated using chemical pesticide strategies that have been shown to inhibit cancer cell proliferation.
