Description:
7-Hydroxy-2',4',5'-trimethoxyisoflavone is a potent antioxidant found in the roots of Vacciniifolia. It is a member of the class of natural products called rotenoids, which are derived from plants. 7-Hydroxy-2',4',5'-trimethoxyisoflavone has been shown to have a strong radical scavenging activity and haemoglobin stabilizing properties. This compound also has antidiabetic and anti-dehydration effects.
