KYT 0353 is a novel protein inhibitor that inhibits the uptake of l-type calcium channels in tumor cells. KYT 0353 has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of pancreatic cancer cells and also reduce the production of inflammatory cells. It has also been shown to have an anti-tumor effect in vivo, inhibiting the growth of tumor cells. KYT 0353 is currently in clinical trials for treatment of cancer.
