Product Information
ML401 is a novel small molecule that binds to the receptor protein (GPBP) and inhibits the activity of the GPBP-dependent nuclear receptors. ML401 has potent antagonist properties against Listeria monocytogenes, a foodborne pathogen, and other bacteria. ML401 also has an effect on virus-induced gene expression in cells. This drug is active in phase chromatography and can be used to purify proteins or detect antibodies. It also has a high affinity for antibody response and is being developed as a potential drug target for autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis.
