Product Information
Duocarmycin analog is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and inhibits its activation. It has been shown to be effective in treating chronic lymphocytic leukemia by inhibiting the growth of cancer cells and reducing the production of inflammatory cytokines. This drug may also be used to treat adrenocortical carcinoma, but this use is not yet approved by the FDA. Duocarmycin analog is a potent inhibitor of tumor cell proliferation, which is thought to be due to its ability to bind EGFR and promote apoptosis.
