JZP-430 is a fatty acid amide that has been shown to have anti-tumourigenic properties in cancer cells. It acts by inhibiting the activity of the enzyme serine protease, which is involved in cellular signalling and energy metabolism. JZP-430 may be an effective treatment for glioma as it inhibits 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2AG) signalling, which is a potential drug target for this type of cancer. JZP-430 also has anti-inflammatory effects and may reduce pain sensation by acting on cannabinoid receptors.
