Product Information
RLLFT-NH2 is a peptide that has been shown to have immunomodulatory effects. It was expressed in heart tissue, with a high level of expression observed in the cardiac ganglia. The peptide inhibited the proliferation of endothelial cells and reduced the number of coagulation factors in vivo. RLLFT-NH2 also decreased the levels of chloride ions in mice, which improved their heart function. The mechanism of action for this polypeptide is not yet known, but it has been hypothesized that it may be related to its ability to modulate heart function or inhibit angiogenesis.
