Pi3K/mtor inhibitor-2 is a peptide that has been shown to be an activator of the protein kinase. The IC50 of Pi3K/mtor inhibitor-2 on L929 cells was found to be 0.1 μM, which makes this drug a potent inhibitor of the mTOR pathway for the treatment of various diseases such as stroke, cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and HIV infection.
