Description:Plant DNA Extraction Kit is a quick, inexpensive, and consistent protocol toextract high-quality DNA with better yield. The silica spin column technologyallows for recovery of high quality nucleic acids from fresh, preserved or frozensamples. The kit combines the selective binding properties of a silica gel- basedmembrane, with the speed of micro spin. The sample is lysed under highlydenaturing conditions, to ensure release of intact DNA. Buffering conditions arethen adjusted to provide optimum binding of the DNA to the column and thesample is loaded on to a spin column.The DNA binds to the membrane and contaminants are efficiently washed awayusing two different wash buffers. High quality DNA is eluted in a special buffer, ready for direct usage and storage.
