It is accompained with the specific QuickRxn Buffer to enable 100 % enzyme activity NdeI binds at the recognition sequence CATATG and cleaves these sequences. It creates sticky ends. Not sensitive to dam, dcm or CpG methylation. It is derived from the E.coli strain encoding NdeI gene from Neisseria denitrificans
