Furthermore, SPA0355 enhances osteoblast differentiation by increasing alkaline phosphatase activity and mineralized nodule formation. It protects ovariectomized mice from bone loss by stimulating osteoblast differentiation and inhibiting osteoclast resorption, making it a potential candidate for studying postmenopausal osteoporosis.
