The compound inhibits ATPase activity with an IC50 of 0.13 μM. Hsp90-IN-38 also shows inhibitory effects on HCT116, MCF-7, SKBr3, K562, and A549 cells with IC50 values of 0.187, 0.072, 0.105, 0.403, and 0.031 μM, respectively.
