It exhibits antiproliferative activity across various cancer cell lines, including NCI-H460, BxPC-3, and HT-29, with IC50 values of 2.4, 1.6, and 2.07 nM, respectively. Additionally, Microtubulin-IN-1 induces cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase and apoptosis in NCI-H460 cells.
