It inhibits the enzyme activity of 5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase (EPSPS) in the shikimate pathway, blocking the synthesis of aromatic amino acids tyrosine, phenylalanine, and tryptophan. Additionally, Glyphosate isopropylammonium induces oxidative stress, neuroinflammation, and mitochondrial dysfunction, leading to neuronal death through autophagy, necrosis, or apoptosis, resulting in behavioral and motor disturbances.
