It exhibits moderate antiproliferative activity in mesothelioma cells that depend on the Hippo pathway. PROTAC TEAD1/IAP degrader-2 also inhibits CTGF expression, though less effectively than the TEAD inhibitor VT-107, and is applicable for mesothelioma research.
