Applications 1-(4-Amino-1H-imidazo[4,5-c]quinolin-1-yl)-2-methylpropan-2-ol, has been shown to activate a toll-like receptor 7/8 Independent Cytokine, which can be used in the design of immunomodulating agents for use as vaccine adjuvants and anticancer treatments.
