Applications 2-(4-(tert-Butoxy)phenyl)ethanol is derived from the reaction of Methyl 4-Hydroxyphenylacetate (M312920), which has been shown to have potent inhibitory activity against tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) and 2-Methylpropene (M327165), which is used in biological studies to evaluate the biotransformation in rat lung tissues in comparison with liver tissue.
