Description:Applications Cadaverine is a polyamine produced by the decarboxylation of L-lysine, and is also produced by Escherichia coli (E.coli) cells when grown in acidic pH. Cadaverine is known to inhibit porin-mediated outer membrane permeability in E.coli.
