Applications Chloroquine N-oxide is a metabolite of Chloroquine (C379965), a standard anti-malarial drug. Substrate for MRP in multidrug resistant cell line and inhibits photoaffinity labelling of MRP by quinoline-based photoactive drug IAAQ.
