Applications Dexamethasone Hemisuccinate is a derivative of Dexamethasone (D298800); a glucocorticoid used as an anti-inflammatory agent. It regulates T cell survival, growth, and differentiation. Dexamethasone also inhibits the induction of nitric oxide synthase.
