Applications 3-(Dimethylamino)-1-(1-naphthalenyl)-1-propanone Hydrochloride-D6 is a reagent in the synthesis of Bedaquiline-d6 (Mixture of Diastereomers) (B119552) which is the labelled analog of Bedaquiline, a diarylquinoline derivative that acts as a mycobacterial inhibitor. Bedaquiline shows promise as potential drug in the treatment of tuberculosis.
