Description

Applications Dimethyl (1-Diazo-2-oxopropyl)phosphonate is a chemical reagent used in the synthesis of vacuolar type ATPase inhibitor Bafilomycin (B110000), which is used to counter age-related diseases. Also used in the synthesis of novel fluorinated derivatices of TSP 18 kDa ligand SSR18075 which are promising candidates for drug development or PET probes for in viv neuroinflammation imaging.
