Applications Fenthoxon (Dimethylphosphate-d6) is derived from Methyl Alcohol-d4 (M265107), which is the labeled analog of methyl alcohol, a common laboratory solvent used primarily in spectroscopic techniques (UV/VIS, NMR, IR). Also, it is a major metabolite of Fenthion (FEN). It is used as organophosphorus pesticides.
