Applications 16-(S)-Iloprost is the S-isomer of Iloprost (I267300), a synthetic analogue of Prostacyclin (PGI2) used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), scleroderma, Raynaud's phenomenon and ischemia.
