Description:
Applications Isotope labelled N-Isovalerylglycine is a useful diagnostic tool in the diagnosis of many organic acidemias and mitochondrial fatty acid β-oxidation defects. N-Isovalerylglycine is found in the urine of patients with isovaleric acidemia, an inborn error of leucine metabolism.
