Applications N-Iso Valerylglycine-13C2,15N is a labelled analogue of N-Iso Valerylglycine (I917600(P)), which is diagnostic tool for many organic acidemias and mitochondrial fatty acid β-oxidation defects. N-Isovalerylglycine is found in the urine of patients with isovaleric acidemia, an inborn error of leucine metabolism.
