Description

Applications Ras farnesyltransferase inhibitor. Induces tumor regression in transgenic mice with multiple oncogenic mutations by mediating alterations in both cell cycle control and apoptosis. Induces p21 expressoin and arrests cells at G1. Causes enhanced mitotic sensitivity to taxol.
