Applications 6-Mercaptopurine Disulfide is an impurity of 6-Mercaptopurine (M225450, monohydrate) which is an immunosuppressive drug used to treat leukemia. It is also used for pediatric non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, polycythemia vera, and psoriatic arthritis.
